Product Information
Superman Returns soars onto handhelds as a different style of game than its console counterparts. Taking a more focused approach toward missions, the game has players attempting to defeat Mongul, Brainiac, Parasite, Bizarro, and Metallo in 25 time-sensitive challenges set within a Metropolis under siege. The Man of Steel will be able to fly across the city and use such powers as heat vision, super breath, x-ray vision, and freeze breath to complete objectives. <br><br>Superman Returns also features multiplayer modes exclusive to the handheld versions. Battle of the Ages involves selecting one of nine classic Superman comic book characters, including the 1938 original created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, to compete in a twisted test of attrition designed by Mxyzptlk. The Action Comics mode involves racing through levels and challenges to earn the fastest overall time. Up to six players can challenge one another in each multiplayer event.
