Item is not identical to the original one. There are some holes missing in the main metal part, which is manageable. However, the thread on the motor shaft to secure the fan blade is completely different from the original one so I cannot fasten the fan blade. As I have the range disassembled, I cannot put it back together. It turned out it is a 4mm LEFT HAND thread that I have to special order at a high cost. Part not worth the money, too much hassle. Very disappointed.
