      I’ll start with the good: shipping was quick and item well packaged. The bad: the steam deck was definitely dropped, the casing had marks of a fall that the seller never listed. And the right thumb stick would stick in the left/down direction. The dpad was unresponsive when pressing down 70% of the time. Requested a refund and then the seller offered a partial refund which I agreed to since I’d have to fix the issues myself. After cancelling the refund the seller stopped responding entirely.
