Faulty battery was delivered. Obviously it can happen but what was disappointing was the extremely poor communication.
Battery eventually returned for a replacement after communication directly (not via eBay) then while waiting for the replacement battery to be delivered which they had said would be done after receiving the faulty one back I suddenly received a refund with no mention that was what was being done!!
This whole saga has taken a month!

Box/packaging had taken a beating from the courier but luckily battery was OK.. Recommend the courier is told to be more careful and possibly have some warning labels attached to packaging.. Could be very dangerous situation if battery got damaged and split..
