Customer service answered all my questions. Also offered a refund if I'm not satisfied with the item. So far these roof racks does its up. Intruction would have been a headache if these racks wasn't already assembled. The hooks are ok. Had to modify by light sanding & re spray the hooks with an automotive spray due so it looks like it wasn't sanded properly before painting. Not a big deal. Overall I saved a lot of money going this roof racks it looks nice.

Very happy with rack. Bolts, hardware and fit is great. We have Kayak racks attached and very solid on the road.
Negative: had to cut 3/4” off each cross bar to fit properly but not a big deal as long as you have at least a hacksaw.
I would recommend buying them.
