I believe that the seller used deceptive practices to cover up the item’s condition. It appears that some type of makeup was used to mask chips in the bossons head. This makeup came off easily revealing the chips.

No contact from buyer at all. I do offer returns on all my items. This item was from an estate Sale. I do not touch up items. It also had some paint flecks already that I disclosed. These are very often repainted and or touched up by previous owners. The Head is over 60 years old and will not be pristine.
