As positive as one can be from a failure. Item arrived quickly, well-packed, & as shown on seller’s page. Then the experience went “south”. How a never-opened package could have had 2 of the 3 modules be non-functional right out of the box was baffling, & seller could’ve had no idea of this unless they tore open the container & tested everything before shipping it. Who would even think to do that? Give the seller credit. It shows their ethics that when notified, I was offered a refund promptly.
