It took about 12-15 weeks for me to receive my sticker and the seller was not very attentive to emails or messages.

I shipped the order out 3-days after the buyer placed the order. Any and all delays in transit were caused by USPS (not me). This buyer NEVER sent me any messages, otherwise I'd of responded (as I ALWAYS do). Looking at the unusually high rate of neutral & negative ratings feedback that this person leaves for sellers on eBay, it is clear that they are an ABUSIVE BUYER, and I'd recommend avoiding doing business with them at all costs! Bad buyers like this are ruining the eBay selling experience.
