Would have to give this a neutral but this should actually be a negative .Item come with only one side working and the only reason I didn’t immediately send it back was because the person for which it was bought said it was ok and that they would use the one side cause they urgently needed wireless headset for there job, so it’s only because the person kept and used the item you get this neutral and not negative
