Modelers beware, this strobe is not as described. Description says flash rate is 1.2 sec. The one i got is about 5 sec. Varying voltage made little change. Seller won't test one to compare to see if i got a bad one or offer a refund. Sent a video they ask for but still blew me off. In my 23 yrs of Ebay this is a first!
