Vacuum tubes were packed separately with care and reached me in perfect condition. I haven’t tested the units yet as I await a step-down transformer (120V to 100V). Seller was very transparent with everything, and went through the struggle of checking the IP bus by connecting a cd/md changer. The packaging was amazing. Lots of bubble wrap kept it safe. It arrived very fast considering it was coming from Japan. Arrived in about 5 days. Would 100% recommend, would buy from this seller again.
