There was an issue with my unit (unable to activate and stuck in chinese), but the seller was able to make it right remotely. Communication was good, though i did not have any way of live communication from the USA, so ebay messages/email was how i had to do it. Can only really get 1-2 messages a day because of the time difference. Device works great now!! The used unit was barely used, id consider it like new. Overall a good experience considering the issue.
