Yes the product was new and pretty blue and average quality because there are millions of these in the market and it flatly isn't that hard or costly to manufacture this valve and I do not like corporations sticking their hands into the pockets of Americans by default. Value standards need to be updated to see what real trickery goes into making a vehicle.
