Great communication and fairly quick shipping from the seller. But the camera itself stopped connecting to the monitor after about a week, and even resetting it doesn't fix the connectivity issue. My toddler is climbing out and exploring their room now so I need constant eyes on them, I fully wasted money on this product that no longer works.
