    Seller communication was great, and the price is a good value for a nice hat. The hat is new, but I was a little disappointed in the packaging - a plastic shipping bag. I would have assumed that it would be boxed to avoid damage, and the hat was not in the best condition - mis-shaped in several ways/places. Luckily, it's straw, and I've owned many hats, over many years, so I've been able to reshape it, acceptably.
