NOTE: this replacement pump has a rubber grommet which does NOT have a filter for the washer reservoir fluid, unlike the original grommet, which does. Seems to be in perfect condition. Great value. Appearance is exactly like you'd expect, feels sturdy. Strong stream onto windshield. I followed a YouTube video, and did everything from above, draining the washer fluid onto the ground. I guess if you pull the hose from below you could capture your washer fluid.

Also, it was easy to install. Just removed my reservoir by taking out the 8mm bolt, unplugged and took out the old pump, inserted and connected the new pump, put the reservoir and bolt back in its place, and voila.
