    Quality is good. Packaging good. Condition good. Value would be good but does not fit 2001 TJ with stock 16"wheels. Center hole of spare wheel too small to accommodate shaft that carries spare tire and gas can mount. Bolt holes on mount don't line up with wheel holes either.
