I do not understand why some people refuse to take accountability for their own mistakes. Buyer did not mention in their feedback that this entire situation was caused by their purchase error. Buyer did not read listing, did not understand what he was buying. He bought a Light Bulb and thought he was purchasing a BMW climate control unit. We tried to help the buyer but instead received a dispute and this unfair feedback. Buyer was already refunded for their remorseful / canceled order.
