I have made purchase asked for combined shipping again and got played again. You ordered 2 products from us, and there was an international shipping cost attached to each one. Our customer service said that they would look into arranging a refund for the shipping on the 2nd order, as we were able to send to 2 products together. This refund would have been done once you received the order. For our international shipping, we use UPS, as we had used USPS in the past and they were very unreliable to Canada. UPS charge duties to end customer.
