I use the back button so using the thumb grip wouldn’t really work. Item arrived fast and once I put it on the camera I was hooked. It’s well built and the ergonomics holding the camera secure feels great. I de used to rearrange the button configuration and ended up reactivating the shutter button for focusing so I could take advantage of the thumb grip. Shoulda bought red instead.
