Dropped it into an EGL Maddox and it fit perfect! I wasn’t sure if three speed meant reverse neutral and forward or not. But on this model it doesn’t. It is an actual three speed you have to e to change gears. (It’s not an automatic) but it’s perfect in all other areas! Thanks for a great purchase and quality product well packaged and fast shipping
