The item arrived with a smoke odor, which was not the seller’s fault. The seller was very proactive and kindly offered a refund to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I was able to remove the smell using enzyme cleaner and decided to keep the item. The customer service was excellent, and I would happily purchase from them again!
