Taking the frame out of the box we were both concerned about the flexing of the frame and the looseness of the joints. When fully erected the frame failed to provide a solid base as it should. I then found that I couldn't grip the frame because of what I can only describe as a design failure as I couldn't grip the hand grip due to the joints which would injure my hands.
