No hardware included- instructions say it uses existing hardware but there isn't any on a Speed 400. In fact, the bike isn't even tapped for hardware on the bottom and I had to use self-tapping screws to attach. The guard itself is nice quality, but fitting it will require drilling and tapping, sourcing your own screws, or like my temp solution- self tapping screws and washers.
