It fits behind the seat, but haven't figured out a good way to mount it yet (doesn't fit under the seat). Sound is pretty good. While it won't rattle your windows, it adds a lot of low end bass and improves the overall sound dramatically. I don't need for everyone else to hear my music, I just wanted good sound with the top down. Mission accomplished! Great sub for the money.
