    I was VERY impressed how fast the printer arrived. Alas, the packing was terrible. The description and photos didn't show the side and back panels being duck taped closed and they fell off once the tape was removed. The unit DOES turn on and I'm now waiting for a toner cartridge to arrive from elsewhere. I'll reevaluate once I can truly test it all. So far, only 2 stars, other than the fast delivery which was great.

    Hello, printer back output cover cover was duck tapped for secure packaging to prevent damage of the cover during.. If it fell off as you said, it means you need to attach it to secure properly to the back tray cover. Nothing is wrong with the the printer. The sides were duck tapped to hold the printer tight when removing it from the box. Even some new printers are duck tapped sometime to secure them. You'd have waited to test the product as you said earlier before giving us two stars. Thanks.
