I canceled and refunded her for her item when I found a defect in the dress she ordered. Instead of thanking me for not sending her a damaged dress, she became angry and accused me of getting a better offer. I’ve been selling on EBay for over 4 years with a 100% positive rating with thousands of transactions. Unprofessional and unacceptable. If I had sent her the defective dress, she would have been upset then too. This is a no win saturation from someone with no common sense.
