Ordered this phone for my new work phone, shipping was super fast however once I received it, I charged it to 100 percent and less than 15 minutes of use, phones battery was around 40 percent. Tried contacting the seller numerous times asking for a refund to help cover the cost of the battery replacement with no response. I had the battery replaced and opened a claim with PayPal and they agreed to refund me once I send the phone back. Poor customer service and false advertising at its finest
