l haven't received any refund or proper communication with this seller. Right after l ordered one of the gigs, the seller went out of the office for 30 days (!) l do not recommend this seller to any Shopify business owners.

This has now been resolved for the seller. We had technical issues and tried to resolve while being away at the same time and the buyer actually purchased when we already were away.The buyers frustration is understandable as they had to be patient for a while until we finally found a way to resolve & refund them.Not sure why this means that our service fulfilment is being reviewed as we did not even get to work with this buyer as they asked to cancel the order immediately after purchasing.

Not selling a bike and nowhere on our listing does it describe selling a bike. Unfortunately this is the result of communication barriers even in attempts to rectify, this feedback is still left here.
