The Seller did not give me the adequate time to refund their money back to them before they left me a negative review. I HAVE refunded the purchase that they made, which was their mistake, because I DO NOT ship out of the continent, which is clearly stated before a purchase.

Why on earth would anyone ship an art print ROLLED UP !!!! i thought it was going to be shipped flat to preserve the art print. It's hard stock photo paper and impossible to unroll now into flat. This is so stupid !!!

EVERYTHING that I post is stated as "Item is mailed in a tube box, gently rolled for transportation." The buyer DID NOT READ that part before purchasing and left me a negative review. I could not be more transparent in my description.
