    My impression of the book itself is very high though because of some corner compression damage to the hardcover I am less than entirely enthusiastic about the purchase. The shipping box has such a snug fit around the book that it would have been impossible to place bouble wrap around it. To avoid damage it really needs an oversized box, a second box or a more sturdy one.
