      We politely asked buyer to open a eBay return request, when we receive item back would glad issue full refund. Not sure what customer is expecting, as we had stated clearly in eBay descriptions and pictures this is for F1 gear button covers, somehow Buyer is expecting a complete center console in carbon fiber. We proposed a solution for return with full refund, buyer is not doing what we had proposed, nothing else we can do.
