No message stating the 3rd item wasn’t coming just when it came in the mail there was only 2. Messaged them but they didn’t respond until a case was opened then they said sorry it was broken so we didn’t send it but I will issue you a refund. I messaged them asking if they issued the refund yet cause I wasn’t seeing a refund on my account but they don’t respond. Case has been escalated.
