A little difficult to get in fluent contact with on ebay. Package label printed but took multiple days before actually being shipped out. Warranty in descriptions could use some reworking as motherboard arrived with no ability to power on and unable to send back for repair. Unable to reach customer service via thier website support number. Over all a poor experience. what I can assume is the need for more employees to handle customer service afairs. Good seller with a hiccup in customer service
