      Was purchaed to replace a faulty keyboard. Was offered a slightly marked unit , but this item was sold as a "new item" so I insisted thats what I was ooffered and that is what I eventually recieved. A bit of work to install, but HP provide excellent online step by step instructions. So overall a good experience. Communication with vendor was prompt and honest.
