There was one slight minor issue with one of the backpack latches, but was able to work around it. The Seller was very responsive and replied quickly with a return sticker (totally appreciated that)....but i decided to keep it cause everything else was as advertised. I am happy with the value (price was great) and the condition was brand new. Appearance was just like the photos. Quality product for the price.

The display panel broke off on the front of it and the circuit board broke off on the inside of it so there was no way to fix it or use it. Also it was so light, no way it was 1200 watts x 2. Good seller, though. I returned it and they gave me my money back. And it didn’t break because of the way it was packaged. It was packaged well.
