They offered to simply replace the item, shipping another the next day. The damage from shipping was such that the product cannot be resold, the seller recognized this, and found a more than adequate solution. This is not the most expensive coolant tank, but it is a great match to Mazda True Red, and I really cannot compliment the seller enough.
