Shipper seems to take absolutely NO care or pride in their service. This shippers quality of service has been steadily declining for the last couple of years. Everything with the seller was a very good experience. My complaints are only with the shippers (UPS/Fed Ex). Delivery dates are promised and not met. As stated, not the sellers fault. When a delivery date is given, I don't expect to receive NO communication and receive the item a week later. This cost me money when I CAN"T DELIVER.
