I left positive feedback but you need to use another shipping service. If your packages originate in the U.S. the best is US Postal Service with an eBay printed label. You will get a discount and the service will not take three weeks or more. If your packages are starting from outside the U.S. please tell the buyer as to amount of delay. Your eBay listing shows you are in NC but package shows return address in California.
