- i***e (155)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis seller is obviously not one of E-Bay's more professional dealers. When the original watercolor arrived with a broken custom frame, broken glass which cut into both custom mats during shipping, I offered to keep the painting and get a partial refund to defray my costs of reframing. I was offered a $10 refund out of the $69 total I paid. I understand that they paid more for shipping than expected, but this is not what I have come to expect from E-Bay dealers over my 11 years of collecting.Reply from: mu-688001- Feedback replied by seller mu-688001.- Feedback replied by seller mu-688001.This was the responsibility of USPS for shipping. The USPS customer service representative approved the shipping container, and USPS damaged the frame during the shipping process. This has nothing to do with the seller. The packaging was properly packaged and approved by USPS.Asian watercolor painting original signed by artist won art award (#393706994432)
