I forgot to include HALF of the broken mug and the tiny shards bits which went in the bin. Upon receiving return seller has decided to only refund me 50% because of this missing half stating they have now incurred huge loses! The mug wasn’t repairable to a point it could be resold. It arrived broken so the postage costs would have been the same regardless of me forgetting half! With import fees to reclaim on top, just avoid!
