Rude seller, just assumes you're an idiot without even seeing the item. Had to get eBay to step in as the seller wouldn't even provide a return label for a faulty product.

WE had try to send you return label but ebay give us little time to do that and close dispute sooner.But i think there was no point to get it back anyway, very often get UK cheaters, order, use item and then try to get their money back so they have Item for free.Even when we send return label and spend money for our product to get it back, we get empty box back and ebay does nothing about it. Closing Shipping to UK, guys buy it from china next time. Good luck
