When I saw this adorable little painting, I sent an offer and it was counter-offered. I am happy with the painting but, the fence if it is a true oil painting. This first time I'd seen a top coat over an oil painting and had a paintbrush hair stuck in. I have placed in the perfect spot of my home and still smile.
