Connecting medium format lenses to modern mirrorless cameras can be made a few ways, but this adapter had a magic feature, the shifting adjustment. I have another adapter from a different source that works with the pentax 67 lenses. It shifts and tilts. The tilt function does not lock and is annoying. This product, being simpler, is great for that reason. A small issue for me was the lack of locking into place on my canon adapter. Tape fixed it. Love this.

It has a mechanical shutter and a waist level finder, but the TTL viewfinder needs 3 LR44 batteries. My camera arrived in excellent condition, packed in a sturdy hard case.
