This vita 1000 looked brand new the box was kinda scuffed up but I mean you cannot be mad about a scuffed box for a system that is over 10 years old. There was a small issue with the battery not charging past 82 percent not sellers fault just happens when a battery isnt used for awhile. Any way the seller sent a refund for the cost a battery replacement
