The seller made great play that this item was real leather and not PU leather ( plastic coated leather the leather being the rougher base part of the skin ) and the price was about double the cost of PU leather cases on Ebay.When I received the item I queried all this with the seller but he says its real leather. No markings to this effect on the item or the box ( which would usually have the agreed leather symbol on it ) However I have decided to stick with the item but I only rate as Neutral
