The seller followed through and made sure I received the product. The shaver does a nice job of shaving my head, the charge lasts a long time, and it re-charges in less than a hour. For me, it was hard to clean. The brush didn't do the job, and I ended up using my compressor to blow out the hair! The center blade is almost impossible to clean without compressed air.
