100% Zero customer service after being misinformed on a stereo. Asked if the unit i wanted came with a wireless remote, was told yes it does. Well it did not and they said they would not send a remote or offer any type of discount to compensate the $40 cost of a remote. Simply said return the unit under warranty?? With so many sellers offering the same product at the same price please do not buy from this dishonest seller!! I have them several options and chances to fix the problem. No fix!
