These PC memory Ram upgrade units did not work when installed in a PC. The memory units supplied fitted perfectly but failed when activated and had to be replaced with the original smaller capacity memory units which did work. Maybe the new larger capacity memory sticks were not suitable for that particular PC, however there was no disclaimer in the Ebay promotion of the memory cards that indicated that there could be compatibility issues.
