They said they “Shipped” my book, nearly 2 weeks later, and I still didn’t get it. I reach out and they say that they never even shipped it, they told me to try and find a book to replace it with, so I find the next book in the series, it is roughly & $5 dollars more, they don’t respond until I reach out again and they say “no, find one of similar value.” Overall a frustrating experience that was not handled well on their part, I don’t see myself purchasing from them again.
